Circular From Dubai Land DepartmentPosted on June 26th, 2017
We would like to inform you that the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) has recently introduced a new marketing policy for all properties that wish to be advertised for sale or lease in Dubai. In line with our continual efforts to improve our business processes and serve you better, we are required by RERA to implement this policy with immediate effect.
If you have listed your property with us or plan to do so, you will be required to provide further documentation in order for us to continue marketing your property.
In the next few days, you can expect a call from your dedicated Property Consultant who will guide you through the new policy and explain the requirements, this will include:
- A copy of your Title Deed
- A copy of the registered owner's passport
- Power of Attorney (applicable only if you are acting on behalf of the registered owner)
- Signed Form A (Marketing agreement)
Please cooperate with our Property Consultant to ensure government compliance and so that we can continue to market your property without interruption.
