Palm Jumeirah Villas Demand & Selling Prices — Q1 2016

In the third quarter we witnessed a slowdown in the number of transactions for the villas on Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. This was mainly due to a lower demand for high-end properties, in comparison to mid-end villas, leading as well to lower average sale rates.
